You need to download an news feed aggregator .  There are many free rss feeders.  Firefox and IE 7 have readers built-in.  Firefox's requires downloading an extension.  There are also web based readers.

How do I get an RSS feed in my aggregator?

Generally, your reader will be open.  Click on the XML or ATOM icon on the web page and then open your reader.  You'll see the link in your reader.
