Address Books in General
Pegasus' address books allow you to store electronic mail addresses and other information about people
with whom you correspond. You can create as many address books as you wish. Having addresses you use often in an address book will make it easier for you to address messages correctly.
Part One: Adding an Entry to the Address Book
1. Click on Addresses, located on the top menu line.
2. Click on Address books...from the drop down menu.
3. Add a new address book by clicking on "NEW"
4. Type PY Computer Solutions (an entry can be up to 50 characters)

5. Click on OKAY.
Part Two: Adding Names to an Address Book Entry (the long way)
1. Double click on PY Computer Solutions.
2. Click on the add button shown below.

3. Type the in the NAME (alias): Pat McGarvey
4. Move down to the Email address box and type: py@py.com

5. Click on OKAY
6. Click on close to shut the PY Computer Solutions Address Book.

Part Three:
Adding an Address from an Email Message to the Address Book (the short-cut)
1. Open the message with the subject line: ORDER
2. Click on the address book icon

3. Add a new address book by clicking on "NEW"
4. Type ORDERS (an entry can be up to 50 characters)

5. Click on OKAY
6. Double click on ORDERS
7. Single click on Add
8. If everything looks okay on the Edit Address Book window click on okay.
(Remember you can make the Name (alias) anything you want).
9. Click on Close.
10. You are now back at the message. Do whatever you want with it, delete it, move it to another folder, send a reply.
That ends Lesson 5. Please select File and then Exit.
